Bar Restaurant El Galeón in Salou

"We stayed in Salou for 4 nights with friends and really wanted to try some authentic Spanish food — especially paella. And it feels like we found the best place for it! El Galeon is a bit away from the busy promenade and city center, so the prices are lower, but the food and service are absolutely amazing! Our waiter Thomas was the sweetest — always smiling, kind, funny, and genuinely caring. He kept checking if we were happy with everything, and at the end, he even treated us to a little surprise — a kiwi & champagne shot! The food was incredible — we ordered a seafood salad, paella, chicken nuggets, a bottle of wine, and a beer. The total for 4 people was about €100, and we couldn’t even finish it all! The staff kindly packed the leftovers for us to take away. If we ever come back to Salou, we’ll definitely return to this lovely place! Thank you, Thomas! Thank you, El Galeon! 4 Ukrainians"

"A marvelous restaurant. Joseph our waiter was exceptional. Very very good service. I had the seafood Paella. Absolutely delicious. Velvety rice, an amazing sea salt and deep smoked paprika flavours. It really tasted like the real traditional paella. I feel like i have to return here and try it again. The paella is for two people and the charge is €15 per person but i think i can get one of these for myself next time. The various foods that my family ate were also all reported as excellent. At the end, Joseph came to our table and gave us various digestifs to try. We got to know him personally and he's an amazing guy. The perfect meal served by what can only be described as a super-waiter. remarkable! Thank you for the memories Joseph"
